Villa Boss struggling as fans start to turn on the manager, will he keep them up? Who knows?

ASTON VILLA BOSS JUSTICE SPEAKS OUT AFTER SECOND SEASON STRUGGLES

It's been a little while since we've heard in the media from the Aston Villa gaffer, and it's more than likely due to the Villans struggle in the gaffers first full season in charge, as he see's his side currently sitting second bottom after twenty-five out of thirty-eight games gone and it's looking more and more bleak every week!

So, where did it all go so wrong for Nick Justice? Well after the massive turn around in his first half of a season in charge at Villa Park he took the side from the relegation zone to missing out on a play-off place in the final game, but since then it's been far from a party for Justice,23, as his side are slowly heading towards the drop.
However, Justice still seems rather optimistic that he can keep them up and he is the right man for the job and will get them out of the rut they currently find themselves in. At times in this season the Villans have indeed shown the fight and determination that fans want to see from their players, but has the manager got what it really takes to get them away from the drop zone? Well we did manage to catch up with Nick Justice earlier today ahead of his sides game against Galatasaray tonight, and we were able to question him about all things Villa and here is what he had to say...

"Hi guys, yeah it's not been the season that we wanted after such a superb second half of the season last time out! Of course I feel I am the man to bring this club out of the rut and a change is 100% not needed, I know that I've got the backing on Tony Xia and all the players in the dressing room and that they are playing their hearts out for this club and what it stands for.

All I can ask is that the select few fans can get behind me and what I'm doing here too, the boo's don't get to me too much and I can take it on the chin but for the players they need your backing all the way till the very, very end of this campaign. I brought in a lot of top young players when I took over the reins at the club and have build a sustainable team that I also know can do the business now and will do the business, of that I'm positive.

We've got some very committed players, take Memphis Depay, he's had a number of amazing opportunities to move to 'bigger' clubs but has sat down with me and said he wants to stay here and help us fight to get back up the table. The same goes for Jamal Lascelles, who is a big influencer even when not on the pitch.

We must not get too down and move on and get the boys back to where they belong, much higher up the table, and with the backing of our fans, we can 100% do that. We've got thirteen games left and we can do enough I feel in that time to move forward and up the league table. It's a hurdle and a tough one, but one we can for sure get over!

Thank-you for your time and I hope when we next speak it's in a better situation for the club."

Memphis Depay(Pictured) is fully committed to the cause and wants help the Villans fight...surely that can only be good news for the Villa faithful?

Some strong and very honest words from the young Villa boss; but can they do enough to get themselves out of this deep whole they find themselves in? Only time will tell! But the gaffer does seem for confident he is the right man to take the club forward, and they've been very active in building for the future but the fans really do worry about the here and now.

It'll be an interesting end to the season and one that we hope you'll all join us here for!

'Till next time...
