The "Milan Cup" was won over 3 successive Wednesday's where Milan faced huge sides like Beskitas, Celta Vigo and Sao Paulo with Milan coming out on top with 4 points from the 3 matches. The reason for the "Milan Cup" was due to T100 supremos Hirst and DP refusing to allow Milan entry to the World Club Cup - a tournament that Milan would have been favourites to win.
However many managers have taken to social media to mock Beddows stating that the managerial genius, a clear reincarnation of Herbert Kilpin, has actually been pouting to Silvio and Barbara with a fabricated trophy as evidence of his continued success at Milan, a Cup that in actual fact was apparently purchased from the shelves of Sports Direct.

AC Milan (3) Beskitas (0)
AC Milan (0) Celta Vigo (2)
AC Milan (1) Sao Paulo (1)
Presently the Milan trophy cabinet has the World Cup (As Beddows looks after it on behalf of FIGC), the Division 2 2nd place Trophy and now the illustrious Milan Cup

Haha brilliant :-))
ReplyDeleteSeeing that Besiktas, Celta Vigo & Sao Paulo all only played 1 game in comparison to Milans 3 games the only logical format can be a merit table, in which case Celta Vigo have 100%, Milan 44.44%, Sao Paulo 33.33% & Besiktas 0% - the actual winners were Celta Vigo !!!!
ReplyDeleteCelta decided to default their points to charity. 😉
DeleteSo that was what that friendly game was for!
